A long term temporary opportunity for a company in San Jose is looking for a sharp and bright receptionist. In this role, the receptionist will wear many hats and gain great experience. Your daily duties will consist of: ? Answering multi line phones ? Greeting clients ? Filing and organizing documents ? Converting documents to electronic copies ? Managing the office calendar and appointments ? Assist with copy and printing of documents ? Distribute mail throughout firm to employee?s Shipping and receiving experience a plus!

Requirements
Requirements of the position: ? Ability to work independently with little to no supervision ? Minimum of 1-year recent experience receptionist, in a law firm a plus! ? POSITION SUMMARY: As a Front Desk Coordinator, you play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring patients have a great experience from the moment they walk through the door to when they leave the office. The Coordinator oversees the operations of the front office and administrative processes necessary for patients to secure needed care. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Monitors patient flow to ensure clinic is operating efficiently including monitoring wait times and the Web Check-in process. * Assisting with management of daily clinic operations including ensuring the clinic is opened and closed in appropriately and in a timely manner. * Supervises and trains front desk staff to ensure that all financial policies, timekeeping/attendance, established practices, and standards are followed. * Assists with managing individual or team performance including managing visitor issues or complaints and providing necessary follow-up training to staff when needed. * Creates a work schedule for all patient representatives based on clinic needs. * Partners with marketing to correctly implement and maintain marketing programs. * Prepares for and successfully completes clinic audits, reviews, and surveys. EXPERIENCE: * 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is required. * 1 year of experience in the supervision of staff is preferred. * Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Experience using an EHR system is extremely helpful. CERTIFICATION: * Current BLS Certification is required within 30 days of start. * Within 3 months of employment or promotion, must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification. ADDITIONAL INFO: * Must be available to manage Front Desk 24/7 as needed. Flexibility to fill in open shifts and float to other work locations is required.
