There is currently an opportunity at OfficeTeam for a well-organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to grow their career in the Brokerage industry. A short term temporary employment opportunity, the Front Desk Coordinator role is based in the Richmond, Virginia region. What you get to do every day

  • Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

  • Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

  • Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants


  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

  • 1+ years of experience

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Copying experience

  • General familiarity with ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Knowledge of branch administration

  • Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Foundational knowledge in data entry

  • Email experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of faxing

PREFERRED: You must have demonstrated previous sales (hotel, memberships, quotes) AND customer service experience. As wellness consultant, you will sell memberships and promote services—we will train you! After commission and bonuses, you can make up to $14+/hour.
