Requirements

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

  • Establish completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

  • Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

  • Be responsible for special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

  • MS Outlook experience desired

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Word

The Front Desk Coordinator is the face of the company and plays an important role in the quality of service provided to our patients. This individual will need to be flexible with their schedule as coverage for earlier or later shifts may be needed. Weekday and holiday coverage may also be discussed.
