We are now hiring full-time and part-time overnight concierges in Downtown Los Angeles!

We are seeking experienced hospitality minded individuals who will share our passion to serve people, anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and deliver service excellence!

We are looking looking to fill this position with individuals who possess the following responsibilities:

  • Hospitality driven and love to help others

  • Handles all resident and guest interaction with the hospitality and professionalism.

  • Manages all aspects of the Front Desk including phones and emergency call system.

  • Accommodates special requests whenever possible.

  • Assists residents and guests in all inquiries related to hospitality services.

  • Responds to all residents and guest requests in a timely manner.

  • Assists residents and guests with personal requests and makes recommendations based on superior knowledge of internal and external amenities and services.

  • Understand and demonstrates delivery of Service Excellence.

  • Actively listen to residents to understand their personal taste and preference.

  • Be proactive in service recovery by utilizing captured information.

  • Manage distribution of resident mail and packages.

  • Work collaboratively with managers and team members to ensure best practices are implemented and achieved.

  • Collaborates and supports the Maintenance Director to ensure excellent resident satisfaction for all work orders.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters dealing with team members, resident information, or management issues.

  • Ensure that work area is clean, safe, and orderly.

  • Respect resident dignity and promote resident rights.

  • Support team members as needed to accomplish community goals.

  • Service Orientation: actively looks for ways to assist our customers and team members

  • Communication: able to read written direction and comprehend verbal instructions at a level necessary to accomplish the job

  • Attendance: prompt and works as scheduled maintaining regular attendance

  • Initiative: ability to act without constant direction, to assess situations and recognize what needs to be done

  • Computer: ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
