We're seeking a part-time Front Desk Concierge to join our team,
As a Front Desk Concierge you will:
Enthusiastically greets members, guests, and prospects on the phone and in person. Know members and team members personally by first name.
Operating multi-line Siemens OptiPoint console phone system forwarding inquiries to appropriate staff
Responding to general inquiries and providing accurate and current information for all classes, programs, activities, promotions and building functions
Displaying tact and patience when dealing with interruptions
Registering participants for classes and programs
Collecting, recording and balancing monies received for classes and programs
Contacting appropriate staff when guests request a tour of the facility and providing current membership information for tours
Enrolling and processing new member applications ensuring that all information is complete and correct
Resolve team and/or participant or operational issues using effective customer service and leadership skills.
Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude
Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations
Respond to Member's concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
Other duties as needed
High school diploma
Minimum one year retail and/or hospitality experience required.
Undergraduate college degree preferred.
Excellent outstanding engaging personality a must
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.
