A DAY IN THE LIFE AT THE FRONT DESK

Your eager-to-assist personality compels you to work side by side with your team in order to tackle the day-to-day front desk activities, such as handle the rush of members who are eager to get their workout in, answer and direct phone calls, handle Point-of-Sale/ProShop transactions, assist/guide members to appropriate forms and/or departments as needed, and so much more!

Your leadership skills find you preparing, updating, and implementing processes and procedures to streamline your team's duties. You take opportunities as they arise to walk around the clubs establishing a managerial presence, updating materials, and reporting needed items to other departments. Your calm and take-charge demeanor are valuable as you handle member concerns allowing upper management to focus on big picture items. You joyfully interact with your colleagues and establish life-long friendships and working relationships!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Confident and approachable personality

  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to become certified)

  • A passion for organization as well as developing and implementing new ideas.

  • Multi-tasking

  • Computer skills; easily adapt to new software

  • A welcoming, supportive, and encouraging attitude.

  • A love for people of all shapes, sizes, and personalities

  • Strong interpersonal communications skills with a team-player mindset
