Front Desk Attendant (Prn) - Clarendon

• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

• General cleaning of front desk area, wheel chairs, telephone, telephone for infection control.

• Greets visitors and patients upon arrival. Ascertains patients' and visitors' needs and directs them accordingly.

• Ensures that anyone entering the building is wearing a mask. Provides mask to those who do not have one.

• Screens patients, visitors and vendors with COVID screening questions.

• Assist patient/visitors with wheelchair and/or wayfinding as appropriate.

• Notify departments that vendor is the in front lobby for department visit or delivery. Follow screening process for all vendors, salesperson or contract maintenance staff who enter the building.

• Communicates to visitors and patients the current patient visitor guidelines and restrictions as established by the facility.

• Coordinate with ancillary departments, registration, medical records on their processes for patient/visitor interaction as it relates to request for information (radiology reports, medical records, making payments on patient accounts, etc)

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications /Training:

High school graduate or equivalent.
