Front Desk Attendant / Concierge - Part-Time

We are currently in search of a friendly and compassionate Front Desk Attendant/Concierge to join our dynamic team! Preston Pointe is a beautiful, family-owned Independent Living Community for seniors, that has a long and vibrant history of providing the best in "retirement living at its finest."

Currently, we are looking for a Concierge who has superior communication skills, great organizational abilities, an upbeat personality, and excellent multi-tasking skills. Specifically, we need front desk coverage on Sunday mornings and Monday evenings, but there will be other days and times and we would like to work with your schedule. Qualified candidates should have the ability to work independently when needed and would consistently show an eagerness to assist our residents and their families with a warm and caring personality. Qualified candidates will enjoy helping seniors and possess excellent customer service skills!

We are looking to hire two front desk attendants. The schedule would be every other Sunday from 8:00am - 6:00pm. More hours are possible, if wanted.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

• Friendly and welcoming phone voice

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Familiar with a multi-line phone system

• Computer skills including word, excel and outlook

• Sales experience greatly preferred but not required

• Eligible as determined by background screen, drug test, and physical

• Well-mannered and compassionate with excellent customer service skills
