We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team!

Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm (Flexible)

Responsibilities

Serves as first impression specialist for Front Desk, greeting visitors, vendors and answering main phone line. Performs clerical duties as requested such as data entry filing, and copying.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Exemplifies Standards of Behavior
• Current, valid, and active driver's license preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year previous receptionist experience preferred.
• Multi-line phone system experience, data system experience and healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
