We currently have an open position for a Front Desk Associate at our Massage Envy clinic in Cranberry Township. This is a perfect position for anyone just looking for some additional income. Roles and Responsibilities include:

Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.

Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain our customer base.

Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.

Fulfill day-to-day clinic activities ensuring excellent member and guest experiences.

Who we're looking for:

Sales superstars who aren't afraid to take the lead in connecting clients to memberships, services and retail products to support our mission of total body care.

Masters of customer service who make everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in-person or on the phone.
