The Guest Service Agent is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making emotional connections with all of our guests.
General Responsibilities Include:
Will require to work a few nights of graveyard shifts weekly
Ensuring 100% satisfaction, throughout the arrival and departure experience
Accuracy and accountability of payment verification
Process of deposits
Check cashing and exchange of currency
Posting miscellaneous charges
Execute all registration processes
Execute all telecommunications processes inclusive but not limited to answering incoming calls
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Front Office, Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Desk Supervisor or.

Must be able to multi-task
Must possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to four (4) hours.
Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum two years' experience within Guest Reception or a similar position required, preferably a luxury hotel setting
Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)
