As the Front Desk Agent, you will utilize your charismatic nature and passion for customer service by graciously registering guests of the property. You will effectively inform guests of available services and amenities available throughout the property. You will also manage all administrative duties as required.
The ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service
Candidate should have strong written and oral communication skills
Candidate should be able to stand or walk the majority of each shift
Additional skills sought include high attention to detail, solid personal interactions skills, and the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
