To provide the highest level of service possible to our guests by following standards for professional, aggressive hospitality. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests' questions and concerns.

Our F&B Attendants oversee the food and beverage buffet areas while ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. They also provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guests' questions, complaints, and requests. Clean and prepare buffet line as well as serving area to exceed guests' expectations and comply with both hotel standards and health and safety standards. Stock and maintain buffet with specific products in required quantities. Complete assigned daily reports, and correctly identify and report any maintenance problem or product shortage. Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies and notify maintenance of any maintenance requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department.
