As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our property, handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include : This role will deliver outstanding guest and owner services, greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring all needs are met swiftly and professionally. Incoming phone calls will be managed efficiently, with accurate information provided and calls routed effectively.

Check-ins and check-outs will be handled seamlessly, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Reservations will be organized and kept up-to-date, managed through calls and emails. Additionally, administrative tasks will be supported, contributing to the smooth operation of the front desk. Location: St.

James Place , Beaver Creek, CO Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full Time and Part time, Year Round Pay: $21 - $23/hour Schedule:

AM opening shift (7am-11am) - Mid Shift (12pm-8pm) - PM closing shift (3pm-11pm) Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Minimum Requirements Successful candidates will be empathetic and caring, with a natural ability to anticipate guests' needs.
