  • Back various projects for other employees

  • Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of none

  • Switchboard phone (10 -30 lines) experience preferred

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Accomplished computer skills is a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
