Front Counter Clerk

Advantage Resourcing is looking for a Front Counter Clerk at a commercial cleaning company located in New Orleans, LA. Join us and be part of a team that values precision, reliability, and attention to detail. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

Pay rate: $13 - 14/hr. (Depending on experience)

Front Counter Clerk essential tasks:

• Assist clients on front counter when dropping off for cleaning.

• Inspect for defects or stains.

• Assist clients on the front counter when picking up their cleaning.

• Tag clothing and enter into system with accuracy.

• Maintain a clean workspace and organized station area.

• Customer service is essential part of position.

• Maintaining customer relations by attention detail, problem solving and working thru any issues, special request, rush orders, etc.

• Answering phone in professional manner, always maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications: Retail experience, customer service experience; two years.
