The Freight Coordinator position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, "to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests." Additionally, the Freight Coordinator performs a variety of operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. receiving and unpacking of daily shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning of facilities).

Sales Generation and Guest Service

Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct.

Visual Merchandise Management

Hang and fold merchandise to be put on the sales floor and steam when necessary

Operations

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, all based upon store and business needs.

Receive freight boxes and store transfers through register.

Maintain all shipment related paperwork.

Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle's mission statement.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Teammate Classifications

Full-time Teammates are those regularly scheduled to work 35 or more hours per week and are actively engaged in the business for a minimum of five (5) days per week on a regularly scheduled basis. Full-time Teammates may be eligible to participate in Buckle's full-time benefit programs. Many of the programs have a waiting period before the benefits become active.

Part-time Teammates are those who work less than 35 hours per week or are actively engaged in the business for less than five (5) days per week on a regularly scheduled basis. Part-time or Seasonal Teammates may experience fluctuations in scheduling based upon business needs, performance, seasons, and availability.

Position Description: * Places monthly calls to patients in order to monitor compliance / persistence of medications, evaluate adverse reactions, refer patients to the clinical pharmacist when necessary and as needed. * Makes contact with physician offices to verify refills and communicate clinical information throughout each work day. * Notifies pharmacist of relevant clinical information gathered during calls to provider or patient that may affect a patient's disease state, medication regimen, or method of funding. * Enters new and refill prescription orders into computer software program. * Enters clinical data requirements into computer software program and / or a disease tracking software. * Understands the process of insurance verification and online prescription adjudication. * Investigates patient insurance benefits and other supplemental payor information in order to maximize prescription medication funding and minimize out of pocket patient expenses. * Investigates alternate funding from non - profit foundations or manufacturer sponsored compassionate care programs. * Constant communication with health care providers, pharmacy benefit managers and patients in order to ensure the timely delivery of medications * Coordinates medication ship date between patient or provider and our product distribution team. Requirements: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * AZ State and National Pharmacy Technician License active and in good standing * 1 years of specialty pharmacy experience * Ability to work Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm, 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm OptumRx is an empowering place for people with the flexibility to help create change.
