ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mindshare's award-winning Content team is looking to hire a full-time Social Strategist, who can bring innovative and creative thinking. The candidate must have worked in the social media space (a minimum of 3-5 years) and have client-experience. Experience working with global clients is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Work alongside paid social media team to create and implement social media playbooks
Create and manage social content calendar in collaboration with paid social media team
On-going evaluation of social media strategy and provide recommendations
In conjunction, with paid social media team, build out a social reporting and analytics framework and input into reports on an on-going basis
Drive thought leadership to ensure clients are up to date on the latest innovations in the social space and provide POVs
Develop social media guidelines and best practices across channels, allowing for local market adaptation
Write briefs for the creative and design teams
Work alongside creative teams to ensure content creation is on-strategy
Manage the day-to-day client relationship
Act as main point of communication between client and agency teams
Create and manage the schedule and milestones for all projects, with help from a project management support.
