Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team you will need strong artistry, sales and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlottes secrets of artistry learnt in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlottes philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of the building an amazing beauty business. You will need to be sales driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

Requirements

The Freelance Makeup Artist role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. Always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, the Freelance Makeup Artist drives business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The Freelance Makeup Artist will reflect the brand values and customer base. Responsible for achieving sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury to the customer, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with unique and personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties:

  • Sales:
    • Strive to achieves event sales goals, and sales per hour target.
    • Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work:
    • Demonstrate a positive ad cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues
    • Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism ad creativity at all times.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure the counter/gondola is customer ready from open to close of business
    • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards. Clean display units, tools and testers throughout the day.
    • Assist with maintaining the required inventory levels to include stock counts, rotation, timely replenishment.
    • Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement through communication with Sales and Artistry Executive.
    • Assist in the execution of events
    • Maintain consistent communication with Brand field team regarding any counter/gondola needs or concerns.
    • Maintain high standards managing schedule, clocking in and out and submitting time sheets on payroll application (allwork)

Health Center Associate II are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and patient care as well as supporting the operations of the health center. Some of the responsibilities include conducting patient history review, performing &amp; processing labs, providing contraceptive supplies, and unbiased education. They will also help with inventory and assist our Clinicians when needed. Provides excellent customer service. Performs related work as directed. Health Center Associate II are advocates in implementing our mission of &quot;To affirm the right to reproductive and sexual health and freedom for all by providing excellent care, trusted education, and fierce advocacy.&quot; They may perform other related duties to support health center operations as assigned.</p><p>Travel between the Omaha and Lincoln offices based on abortion day needs.</p><p>Schedule: 5 shifts per week, start time between 8-9am, end time between 5-7:15pm, every other Saturday Based on the needs at Omaha and Lincoln offices.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>This position will impact us with the following contributions:</p><ul><li><p>Interview and screen patients, conduct patient history review, document in electronic medical record, prepare patients for examinations/procedures. Assess, address or triage patient complaints. Monitor patient vital signs.</p></li><li><p>Perform routine laboratory tests including venipuncture. Communicate lab test results. Assure appropriate follow-up of lab reports. Process receipt of incoming lab results.</p></li><li><p>Provide factual patient education. Provide additional education in consultation with clinician or physician assessment. Including explanations of all FDA approved birth control methods. Provide unbiased specific instruction on the client's selected birth control method.</p></li><li><p>Inform patients in a non-directive manner about all options available to them in the event of an unintended pregnancy and provide supporting materials and/or education for service based on the patients' needs.</p></li><li><p>Provide factual, unbiased information to clients seeking abortion.</p></li><li><p>Describe the difference between medication and surgical abortion.</p></li><li><p>Refer patients per protocol, perform follow-up functions, and assure complete documentation of care plan.</p></li><li><p>Follow all federal, state, and local laws regarding mandated reporting, abortion services, healthcare services, and HIPAA.</p></li><li><p>Provide contraceptive supplies, medications including injectables, perform venipuncture, and manage patients with medical emergencies per PPNCS protocols Assure inventory control of clinic and contraceptive supplies including ordering, stocking, and tracking as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Communicate PPNCS protocols, policy and procedures to clinicians and staff as appropriate.
