The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency located in Sherman Oaks. We work with all of the major studios producing creative digital, A/V and print campaigns for theatrical properties and television/streaming content.

Enough about us, here's what we're looking for:
Responsibilities:
You will work directly with the VP of the Accounts team and Accounts team members to coordinate key art projects for film and streaming
Manage and organize print and digital assets and deliverables, adhering to internal server organization guidelines
Collaborate with Production, Finishing, and Photo for template requests, downloads, retouching, and masking while maintaining clear communication to meet deadlines and resource needs
Participate in internal project brainstorm/kickoff meetings and contribute ideas
Take effective notes and sit in on client meetings, as needed
Work with the Account lead to utilize project management tools and messaging services to organize, write-up, and distribute client notes
Help maintain team meeting schedules for creative kick-offs and reviews
Assist in managing and scheduling creative staff on projects based on client priorities
Assist in QCing all deliverables before they leave the agency, including proofreading all typography, comp numbering, and final deliverables
Upload final files to client-specific locations as required
Coordinate with the Accounts project lead and Art Directors to gather high-resolution assets for finishing in a timely manner
Assist in scheduling freelancers and managing time-off requests
Organize and provide photo assets and data to freelance staff as needed
Assist in organizing presentations, including communicating directly with our internal creative team
Assist in ensuring final deliverables are cataloged on the company Google Drive, website, and submitted for industry awards
Serve as backup for the Accounts team after hours and during vacations, occasionally handling client-facing tasks like sending presentations and recording requests for the next day
Requirements:
Two years of experience in a project management role in advertising/marketing and/or entertainment
Proficient in translating client notes and communicating with a team of creatives in a clear and concise manner
Beginning to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and design
Experience with project management tools (Trello, Slack, Google Slides)
Passion for film, TV, and pop culture
Willingness to manage diverse tasks and adapt your schedule to meet project needs
Background in writing, art, and/or design is a bonus
A collaborative, personable, and positive approach to work both internally and with clients
Ability to be proactive and self-sufficient in a remote team environment
Official working hours are 9:30am-6:30pm PST. However, hours can fluctuate depending on client requests, and may be staggered based on after-hours needs.
This position can be located in-office in Sherman Oaks, CA or remote. Applicants on PST preferred.
Salary Range:
$22-$28/hr
Rate offered will be dependent on factors such as one's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and skillset.
