We're excited about the upcoming holiday season. To provide our customers with an exceptional experience we're looking for individuals whose primary role will be to connect and engage through selling and service.
Seasonal employees will typically work between 8 and 20 hours/wk., with an average shift being 4 hours.
Due to the busy holiday season, we ask that our employees be available to work over the Thanksgiving weekend and through the first week of January.
Reports To: Store Management Team
Objective: To create a unique, innovative and inspirational customer experience; encompassing the Free People lifestyle and brand image, while maintaining all store operations and goals, resulting in driving sales and ensuring a profitable store.
o Build genuine relationships
o Greet all customers upon entering the store
o Offer to start a fitting room while shopping
o Determine the customer's needs and offer suggestions and alternatives
o Utilize all customer care resources including client books, MPOS and FP App
o Offer to locate out of stock product utilizing MPOS to fulfill customer needs
o Ensure a positive final impression of customer care at the cash wrap
Promote and maintain a high standard for overall Customer Care, Operations and Loss Prevention
Participate in social media platforms as directed by management
Understand and utilize systems and applications, including POS, MPOS, iPad, FP App, etc.
Assist in maintaining store standards by adhering to opening/closing checklists
Uphold all company policy and procedures
