Fraud Detections Analyst

As a Fraud Detections Analyst in our Fraud Department you'll help create exceptional customer experiences through protecting customer's identity and fraudulent activity on accounts.
What will you be doing?
You will be thoroughly reviewing accounts to determine the potential for fraudulent activity.
You will handle incoming calls with professionalism and actively listening and establishing rapport with our customers.
You will place outbound calls as a source of comparison to account indicators.
You will complete audit documentation.
You will be quickly understanding and analyzing customer needs while still adhering to compliance regulations and security policies.
You will escalate accounts to supervisory team as necessary.
You will always maintain professional verbal and written communication standards
You will serve as a Barclaycard ambassador and makes sound judgment calls on behalf of the Company.
What we're looking for:
Skills that will help you in the role:
Ability to prove excellent performance and attendance record is preferred.
Excellent oral communications skills (grammar, negotiation, positive tone, active listening, etiquette, empathy, confidence) and written skills (spelling, logical thought processes and sentence construction, appropriate word choice)
Extremely customer-focused; positive with a professional attitude
Intelligent, self-motivated, quick learner
Pays strict attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness
Strong PC and internet skills with very good organization and work prioritization skills
Banking or Fraud experiences a strong plus
