The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Join the ATM/Debit Card Claims (ADCC) Team! ADCC has an opening in our Exceptions Group. Functions will include reviewing various general ledger accounts used for processing our claims for open settlement funds. This will include processing various settlement funds to multiple general ledger accounts. Research is required in locating reason for open item i.e., incorrect clearing in amount/account/serial number or will require review of the claim to determine what needs to be processed to close item.
Will process clearing entries according to procedures via eTran or our claims system and document outcome in the appropriate corresponding systems. May handle Incoming and outgoing EBS process, VROL Queues, Overpayments. Assisting in other team functions as required such as the review of other Debit Card transactions that have rejected needs to be applied to another customer account or returned to the merchants.
Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases

Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
