. Assembling a Daily Best Execution Report with last trade noted in Moxy for each trade.

. Set up of commission schedules and attach correct schedule to portfolios in Moxy.

. Work with Head of Equities to determine and manage third party commissions including manage the established budgets for each external broker.

. Entering mutual funds trades manually in our Moxy system.

. Monitoring all good till cancel orders. Many GTC orders have limits and are thinly traded on pink sheets or in gray markets.

Often you must continually monitor and call broker to get them executed. Notify monthly all portfolio managers of theirGTCtrades for review or change.

. Work with Compliance Department to manage all trading restrictions within Moxy.

. Setup of new accounts with brokers and establishing settlement and delivery instructions for several custodians.

. Assist Head of Equities and Compliance Department to enforce and monitor Employee Trading Approvals in accordance with Franklin Street Partners personal trading policy.

. Monitor intraday cash flow for all accounts under management to avoid potential overdrafts. Notify appropriate manager to raise cash when an account is determined to have insufficient funds for pending distributions.

. Review new trading systems and make recommendations on implementing new trading tools

. Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

. Establish deep vendor relationships and provide continuous monitoring of selected Wall Street sell side broker trading desks.

. Establish, maintain and evaluate broker electronic connectivity to direct market access platforms, dark pools, and primary exchanges.

. Oversee and ensure trade rotation for external product channels are followed and records are maintained.

. Identify and lead trade error resolution and report to Head of Equities and Senior Operations Manager.

. Responsible for working with Head of Equities and Head of Operations on all trade compliance and oversight committee reporting records.

. Review Trade Cost Analysts reports with Head of Equities.

. Annually review best execution trading policies and procedures and make recommendations to update to keep current with industry standards and current trading practices

. Work with investment operations to ensure timely and accurate posting of executed orders to the accounting system and find resolution for any errors that may occur.

. Assist back office with trade matching and researching trade settlement issues correcting trades in custodian's trading system if necessary.

GENERAL FUNCTION: The primary responsibilities of this position are to oversee, manage and direct, within Franklin Street Partners, all aspects of Equity Trading including execution, Risk management and Reporting, Compliance and Controls Rules.

Receives and accepts trading instructions from portfolio managers and client portfolio strategists and routes orders to market venues for execution. Leads development and oversight for the trading process including trade cost analysis, bestexecutionprocedures, management reports, and committee reporting.

Support the investment process by working with Analysts and Portfolio Managers ("PMs") on all facets of the research process for both internal equity portfolios and manager research. This person will also be available to support all PMs in workingwiththe marketing and client service team at Franklin Street.

The role is responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers andcolleagues,andensuresthat actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Make trading decisions based on market conditions, portfolio manager trading instructions, venue liquidity, high touch brokerage capabilities, and low touch electronic trading options.

. Works closely with the portfolio managers to develop trading strategies, provides market commentary, analysis and ongoing information about market sentiment, trading environment, trading volume and price volatility.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent preferred as well as progress toward designations such as CPA, CFP , CFA, CIMA, CAIA and/or MBA

. Minimum of 3-5 years in the financial services industry.

. Working knowledge of all trade-related activities occurring on various stock exchange floors and on various electronic trading systems.

. Comprehensive knowledge of securities and their markets, trading characteristics and approaches, and factors influencing price trends.

. Solid understanding of financial concepts and financial modeling skills.

. Detail oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong and effective communication skills.

. Comprehensive knowledge of Moxy, APX, Factset, Fidelity Advisor Channel.

. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop related applications, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

. Knowledge of specialize trading systems, such as ML Managed Solutions and Liberty Trust

. Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
