The Franchisee Recruiting Diversity Specialist, will lead the organization's efforts to effectively recruit and sell 7-Eleven stores to racial and ethnic minorities, females, and transitioning military personnel. The Specialist will be responsible for meeting the rapidly accelerated need based on growth and achieve numeric targets in key diversity categories, as well as developing the diversity recruiting plan and building capability across the system relative to this specialized recruiting work. The position will report directly to the Vice President, Franchise Systems.
Develop and supports the execution of the company Franchisee diversity recruiting plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with national and regional organizations that support race, ethnicity and gender diversity; establishes or collaborate to establish and build local organizations across the country.
Establish and maintain relationships with military transition offices and career counselors across the country.
Effectively recruit minority, female, and transitioning military personnel into the SEI Franchise system, meeting aggressive franchising metrics.
Coordinate efforts closely with Franchise Recruiting and Sales team and managers, and Marketing Coordinator.
Build capacity and capability regarding recruiting diverse candidates across the department.
Work with Field Ops and Training to provide additional support mechanisms for diverse candidates entering the Franchise system.
5 + years of experience in:
7-Eleven Franchise Sales Process and/or
Demonstrated capability in building relationships with diversity affiliated organizations
Presence as the role serves as the "Face of 7-Eleven" with multiple external groups
Degree preferred but experience can be substituted
