Purpose:

As a Manager, Franchise Operations you will work alongside our Director, Franchise operations to execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives to optimize operational efficiency and drive engagement and growth within the region.

You'll play an important role in visiting operators within your region coach, train and mentor franchisees and their employees to enhance their operations, ensuring that each arrangement reflects our brand's quality and creativity while maximizing the potential of each location.

Travel Requirements: Our Managers of Franchise Operations will be required to travel up to 90% of the time within their designated region.

What that looks like day to day:

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for franchisee teams on product preparation, presentation, customer service, and sales to drive revenue growth inside and outside the location.

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain the quality of products and service delivery.

  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, evaluations, and action plans.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on franchisee performance and training outcomes.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape within your designated market, sharing insights and recommendations with the Director, Franchise Operations and franchisees to adapt their strategies accordingly.

  • Provide P&L training and evaluation alongside the Director, Franchise Operations to increase franchisee profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align strategies and achieve business goals.

  • Work with the Director of Franchise Operations to implement best practices and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and other key stakeholders within the region.

  • Ensure compliance with Edibe's operational and brand standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards within the region.

  • Identify, mitigate and report operational risks, implementing strategies to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.

  • Evaluate customer feedback and coach/train franchisees on how to best navigate the customer service landscape.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in franchise operations, regional management, or a related leadership role focused on achieving financial targets, operational excellence, and driving results in a franchise or multi-unit environment.

  • Experience analyzing P&L statements, identifying areas of financial opportunity, and providing strategic guidance to enhance profitability and overall business success.

  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time within their designated region.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
