Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of Leadership Development Program, previous/existing store owner or 3+ years of prior Franchise Business Consulting

  • Ability to travel and work at a high level of proficiency for 21 consecutive days

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent record keeping skills including but not limited to regular scheduling of communication, calendar upkeep, to-do list upkeep, memorialization of important changes or exchanges of information utilizing Office Suite and Google Applications

  • Excellent and thorough proficiency with Portal 3 (learned either when working for a current UBIF or during the Leadership Development Program)

  • Reports, Metrics, Items, Work Orders, and New Developments

  • Ability to communicate persuasive conversation points to create positive change

  • Ability to establish a written Business Plan to analyze, interpret, and relay information and feedback pertaining to financial statements including Gross Margins, Labor and Marketing costs.

  • Ability to communicate persuasive conversation points to create positive change

Pre-Opening Support

  • Try to meet the Franchisee "face to face" via Skype, etc. prior to open

  • Attendance on intro call with Franchise Development

  • Will be responsible to ensure that the planning for arrival two days prior to opening

  • Assist Franchisee with hiring by providing documentation such as job descriptions, pre-screening questions, interview questions, and educating Franchisees on location of resources pertaining to hiring/hiring sites

  • Assistance with purchasing of FFE items, parts, and accessories to ensure that all Partner programs launch as soon as possible...keep this as an active document

  • This team's role is crucial in ensuring that we have the FFE updated

  • Assure that store setup and appearance is in compliance with uBreakiFix standards

  • Required pictures sent to Franchise Development team prior to opening

  • Provide Franchisee with information pertaining to goals and percentages that are standard for operations including a run through of the Metrics

  • Validate operations are in compliance with uBreakiFix programs/standards upon opening

  • You will be a main point of contact for the first 7 months

Franchisee Support

  • Ability to read and interpret data from the Support tools Google sheet to help guild the new franchisee to success (during 1st 7 months)

  • Familiarize franchisee with various audits that the store will encounter (Operations check up, In Person, and Phone Secret Shops)

  • Review corporate directory and ensure franchisee is familiar with who handles what department and how best to reach out for support.

  • Complete the onsite training at the Franchisee location utilizing the provided Guide

  • Line up weekly/bi-weekly calls with the Franchisee following training. This is your call to ensure that the results of the location reflect your efforts during and after training

Role Development

  • Continuing to help work on guidelines for efficient store openings

  • Looking at processes and attending scheduled calls to ensure we are updating documents as needed

The ORMC Air Care Team seeks to hire a Transfer Center Communications Specialist that coordinates all requests for service for the Air Care Team, the hospital's air ambulance helicopter service and Emergency Transfer Center. Education/Training: * High School Graduate or equivalent. * Medical Terminology course: or * State of Florida EMT license may be substituted in lieu of course. Licensure/Certification: * None Experience: * Two (2) years of experience in clinical healthcare setting; or * A state of Florida EMT license may substitute for up to one (1) years of required experience. Essential Functions: * Performs primary flight following for all three Air Care Team aircraft and flight crew resource management for all. * Provides the safe conduction of all flight operations for all heliports located on Orlando Health campuses both visually and via radio. * Answers incoming requests for service and coordinates operation for both the Air Care Team and Emergency Transfer Center utilizing multiple telephones and computers, mapping software, radios and other technology. * Facilitates all requests for physician acceptance to Orlando Health hospitals via the Emergency Transfer Center. * Triages and performs multiple critical tasks in a stressful environment calmly and collectively and completes tasks in a timely manner.
