This is a fun and hardworking environment where you are responsible for maintaining, setting up, cooking and producing all restaurant food items according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products.
Must have intermediate culinary experience and the ability to properly work with food and kitchen equipment.
Must be able to work various days of the week to include weekends and holidays.
Must have a Serve Safe or Food Handlers card.
Knowledge of operating all kitchen equipment, i.e. stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc.
Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise push goods on a hand cart weighing a maximum of 100 Ibs.
Ability to work together as a team to help create a seamless and tasteful experience for our Guests.
At least 3 years of professional cooking experience.
