  • Serves as the primary point of contact and business coach to assigned independent Owner/Operators; Cultivates productive, influential working relationships that result in improved business results

  • Accountable to help O/Os improve customer satisfaction, Guest Counts, sales, and cash flow

  • Protects the McDonalds brand by identifying and addressing issues that may pose risks to customer experience, and ensures brand perceptions are addressed appropriately

  • Identifies root cause issues at the organization and restaurant levels through data analysis, in-person observation, and stakeholder conversations

  • Partners with O/Os to detail organizational strengths / weaknesses and assist the O/O in his/her development of structured business growth plans and objectives

  • Helps O/Os plan and sequence McDonald's business initiatives

  • Conducts structured coaching activities (i.e., Business Reviews, Business Planning Sessions, Systems Excellence Visits, etc.) for assigned O/O organizations

  • Improves O/O capabilities by leveraging optional company tools and available resources, Operations Associate support & expertise, and best practices across business functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, People, etc.)

  • Leverages data and analytics from all Operations Associate evaluations to guide their decision making and time allocation in service of O/Os

  • Partners with Operations Associate Lead to provide subject matter expertise to assigned O/Os and share coaching points for alignment with the Operations Associate team

  • Escalates high-priority issues to the Operations Officer

Return to List | Apply Now HR Business Partner - Bilingual (4384) Location:Kansas City, MO (2817) Relocation Assistance:No Position Overview Our business is growing and we are adding an HR position in our North Central area to support our locations in Northern OK, MO, and KS! This position would be the primary HR support for 6 locations and 150 employees, with the possibility of an additional 2 locations and 40 more employees. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional who brings experience and best practices in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, process improvement and performance management. In this role, it is critical to build strong relationships and be approachable by all levels of employees, line and senior management. Travel up to 30-40 percent of the time will be needed to visit various locations supported, but some of this can be accomplished with day trips. Spanish is also required as we have some Spanish-speaking employees in the area and this is also necessary for future growth opportunities in HR. This is an entry point into our HR organization, but we intend to grow and develop our generalists into future HR Managers, so we are also looking for someone who would be open to relocating to other US locations down the road for career growth opportunities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Responsible for making sure all staffing needs are met in a timely manner. * Ensure all recruiting activity and documentation is managed in CMC's applicant tracking system and in accordance with affirmative action policies. * Identify new recruiting sources that can provide the talent needed for various lines of businesses, this includes identifying target companies, job posting sites, career fairs, agencies, etc. * Work on training initiatives and programs for all new employees, which includes supporting training schedules, travel, etc. * Responsible for new employee orientations and training to support corporate programs as directed. * Ensure positive employee relations and build the CMC culture based on our Guiding Principles. Responsible for day-to-day transactions such as processing employee data changes. * Oversee implementation of CMC programs to comply with various governmental regulations dealing with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and other related * Federal & State laws. * Assist with investigations and formulates responses to government, legal or internally reported employee relations charges. * Participate in compensation planning, performance assessment and employee development planning. * Understand and educate employees regarding CMC's benefits, including support of the annual enrollment process * Identify and work to resolve issues and concerns that arise, in partnership with the Area HR Manager. * Ensure consistent CMC policy implementation.
