Franchise Business Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Business Manager to join our team. As a Franchise Business Manager, you will be responsible for understanding all things happening at our locations, understanding unit-level KPIs, driving sales and will provide daily support to our franchisees. You will work closely with our franchisees to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce, coach and train on sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for franchisees.

• Oversee KPI performance for locations and reward great performance and support opportunity to improve.

• Evaluate franchisee performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.

• Provide ongoing training and support to franchisees to ensure they meet performance targets and follow brand standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of franchise operations, marketing, and support activities.

• Support the franchisee recruitment process, from lead generation to closing deals.

• Conduct regular field visits to build relationships with franchisees, assess their needs, and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, market trends, and sales forecasts.

• Support onboarding of new locations and ensure successful launch of location.

• Understand and scale best practices.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
