The Franchise Business Consultant is the primary link between OpenWorks and our franchise community. In this role you will need to be a leader, influencer, functional expert, and build strong trusting partnerships with our franchisees. The FBC provides insight, assistance, and guidance to the OpenWorks Franchise owners on brand, operating standards, revenue, and business metrics to help the franchisee achieve their business strategy and goals. The primary goal of the FBC will be to grow the franchisee revenue and operational knowledge to be a successful business owner; in turn making OpenWorks the go to franchise model in the janitorial field.

Primary Functions:

  • Specialize in taking our top franchise partners to the next level by creating and assisting with business development plans tailored to their growth.

  • Be responsible for fostering relationships with our franchise owners

  • Monitor and report out on improvements of franchisees measured against our Franchise Rating System. Goal is to have 85% of franchisees per region at "A" rating or better. Create and develop training programs to improve these ratings nationally.

  • Create a strategy for national implementation to attract a more qualified franchise network, with the net result of a more selective closing process with our future partners

  • Develop Financial training for Franchisees and perform business plan reviews with franchise partners on accounts with 10k+ in monthly revenue; standardize processes so they can be performed locally in each office across the U.S.

  • Work closely with regional leadership

  • Perform profitability reviews with franchisees and creating actionable business plans to help them take their business to the next level

  • Develop a training program to assist franchisees in generating their own leads and track net new sales regionally from these self generated leads

  • Develop agendas for quarterly Franchise meetings based on service trends and needs

  • Create Franchisee performance management system (identify through technology opportunities for training, trends in performance, issues etc.)

  • Franchise Termination (what to do)- develop standardized process/ exit strategy

  • Will report directly to the Vice President of Training and Development, and work closely with Divisional/ Regional Leadership, Operations Teams and the Franchise Development Manager.

  • Can travel 30% of the time, sometimes with limited notice.

It all begins with you. Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services. The BPM Capability and Program team will build a sustainable BPM foundation for Wells Fargo in order to deliver improved customer experience, increased efficiencies, and world class operational risk and compliance. Across the BPM Framework - definition, measurement, improvement, and governance - the team will deliver in a timely fashion on key regulatory and risk transformation deliverables, enable and equip Well Fargo Groups and Process Owners with consistent, standard BPM capabilities, and govern Wells Fargo's BPM capability with clear expectations and practical oversight. The Strategy and Solution team is responsible for further developing strategic and tactical integration points with Independent Risk Management and Front Line organizations, helping drive a consistent strategy and operating model across the BPM Capability and Program team, and supporting critical daily operational needs of the BPM Capability and Program team. Responsibilities Senior experienced and self-directed individual who will analyze, scope, present, and/or implement strategic and operational plans that cover the following scope: * Interface with the Consent Order Program Office and Independent Risk Management (IRM) teams to help draft clear, compelling, and integrated deliverables outlining progress against target operating state and partner with other BPM capability and program teams to prioritize activities and requirements in thoughtful, practical manner. * Interface with numerous IRM functions to understand how modifications to the Risk Transformation model will impact BPM and Front Line operating model and execution procedures, and develop corresponding plans and actions for BPM to address. * Represent BPM subject matter effectively to IRM teams and Front Line risk functions. * Provide BPM subject matter expertise for required regulator exams that have BPM component. * Support and drive other BPM capability and program initiatives as priorities warrant. * Develop and own the BPM Capability Strategic Plan and related strategic initiatives, and develop and maintain Process Management Objectives that support the Strategic Plan. * Develop strategy and direction for Top of House processes and work with other BPM Capability and Program teams to thoughtfully integrate with other activities. * Support other BPM teams in analyzing and planning organizational constructs, including sourcing strategies and facility availability. * Develop and manage team resource management tracking deliverable, tracking all current and planned resources by role. * Serve as key forecasting partner to Finance organization. Qualifications * Prior experience in enterprise change initiatives and/or within a function that impacts enterprise user base. * Experience/exposure to one or more of following domains: strategic planning, process engineering, process transformation (outsource/offshore), operational risk and compliance, and audit services. * Management consulting experience with leading global firm.
