City Wide Franchise is currently looking for a high-performing leader to join our team as our Franchise Business Performance Coach . Our BPCs are regarded as our franchise owners’ “First Choice” when it comes to their business — supporting all operational areas including business planning, P&L management, B2B sales strategy, marketing and human resources. BPCs help owners achieve lifestyle, equity, and income goals provided by City Wide’s unique business model.
Our franchisees operate high-performing businesses ranging up to $17M in revenues, collectively generating 20% year-over-year revenues in our proven B2B business model. City Wide has a very exciting goal of becoming $1B franchise system by 2026, and ultimately breaking into the Top 100 franchise brands worldwide.
What you will do...
- Support 10-15 City Wide franchisees throughout the U.S. by leading, coaching, and training franchisees in all aspects of our business.
- Model our vision of being “First Choice” by fostering a positive, proactive, and professional relationship with franchisee owners and their team.
- Maintain a productive schedule of in-person visits and phone calls with franchise owners.
- Support franchisee revenue growth and profitability, by increasing $1M in sales per year
- Support assist and influence franchise owners to follow City Wide’s brand and operational standards
- Coach and mentor franchise owners on City Wide’s growth initiatives and new business development opportunities.
- Teach each franchise the three keys to success and City Wide Business Plan templates.
- Work with franchise owners to develop their workforce and maintain appropriate staffing through their growth cycle.
- Advise franchise owners how to use City Wide’s Business Model and 10 year business plan.
- Consult with franchise owners to better understand financial statements and develop yearly budgets that reflect the goals for their business
- Teach franchise owners how to create an environment that people can thrive in, embrace accountability, high performance and encompasses City Wide’s culture.
- Facilitate franchise performance groups, new franchisee training, and other group presentations (regional, and local trainings).
- Support and promote all new business initiatives, programs, and products to ensure consistent operational executio
- Work collaboratively with Home Office departments to develop a business/operational plan that includes specific goals and support need
- Utilize business reports, analyze results and work with the franchise owners to address short and long term business opportunities
- Provide recommendations on state and local regulations to mitigate business risks (indirectly).
- Document each franchise visit and submit the recap in the appropriate file storage location.
- Travel up to 60% of time (with overnight stays) to assigned franchise locations.
Requirements
What is required...
- A Business degree is required.
- 5+ years in a senior operations roll, multi-unit in a franchise model highly preferred
- Clear understanding of financial drivers of business operations, including profit and loss management, market conditions, competitive landscape, and trends.
- Act with integrity, honesty, and values that promote City Wide’s culture and values
- Highly skilled communicator – both written and verbal; including formal presentations.
- Ability to lead, influence, and maintain effective relationships.
- The ability to learn technology initiatives and cascade this knowledge to others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Power Point, and knowledge of CRM type database.
