Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Franchise Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Franchise Sales efforts as well as supporting certain functions of real estate, and other franchisee transactions within their geographic region of support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Maintain Data Tracker for all inquiries and provide periodic updates to team

  • Disclose candidates with Franchise Disclosure Document when appropriate

  • Respond to inquiries (web/phone) and vet initial criteria to become a franchisee of Marco's (financial, operations and business acumen)

  • Process applications, review for completion, route through system as needed for review

  • Turn over processed applicant to Franchise Sales position to continue vetting

  • Perform background and credit checks and ensure applicants file is complete with necessary information

  • Coordinate Discovery Day invitation and assist Franchise Sales to ensure applicant is prepared for Discovery Day meeting and discussions

  • Coordinate formal brand senior management review and approval of applicants with sign-off package

  • Assist Franchise Sales with existing franchisee approvals for additional growth

  • Assist Franchise Sales with communication involving new applicant transfers/application process

Legal Support

  • Ensure terms and conditions for franchise or development agreement are coordinated with Franchise Sales and Legal

  • Coordinate/instruct approval candidate with entity creation and Articles of Incorporation - confirm all parties have been disclosed and have completed the application process, background and credit checks if a party to the entity

  • Ensure the franchise or development agreement is completed and issued to the approved candidate by Legal

  • Assist with transfer applications and approvals as needed with new applicants in Discovery Days

  • Assist with renewal tracking for franchise or development agreements

  • Assist with default or termination status and maintain reporting data to brand

Real Estate Support

  • Coordinate site submittals with Real Estate team

  • Coordinate site reviews by internal team for consent or denial; support preparation of site packages

  • Provide consent letters to franchisees or site denial letters

Other

  • Provides updates on openings, closings, new signings, transfers, and terminations to brand personnel

  • Maintains relationships with all members of the brand development, finance, operations and training teams

  • Establishes and manages relationships with franchisees, vendors and staff

  • Ensures franchise candidates meet or exceed qualifying standards

  • Ensure brand store openings meet or exceed brand prototype standards

  • Follows procedures as outlined in Operations Manual and other Company manuals

  • Complies with EEO and labor law requirements

Work Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree or Paralegal preferred

  • 3 years of Administrative support or law office/paralegal experience. Franchise Administrative experience preferred

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite and other technical applications as needed

Position Summary The Profile Coach provides 1:1 coaching to the members of the Profile WeightManagement Program. The Profile Coach will deliver evidence-based protocolsas designed by the Clinical Advisory Board while coaching Profile membersthrough the phases of the Profile program at Profile Centers or employersites.
