Fractional Plant Controller (Hybrid)

Our client is a growing packaged food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers nationwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fractional Plant Controller to join the team. The Fractional Plant Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities at our manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Coordinate and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for the site.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital and liquidity.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting, including Cost of Goods Sold tracking, and cost segmentation
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and ERP systems
