We are currently looking for a Frac Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team in our offices located in Midland, TX. The scope of the position is as follows:

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FRAC EXPERIENCE!

JOB SUMMARY

Frac. Equipment Operators are responsible for supporting the Stimulation well site activities and operations. Will operate a company vehicle on a daily basis between district and work site to deliver products, service tools and equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for maintaining equipment

  • Ensures compliance with DOT regulations.

  • Maintain accurate DOT logs.

  • Maintains a satisfactory driving record.

  • Complete competencies related to requirements of job profile.

  • Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location.

  • Ability to verbally communicate and understand details and directions.

  • Must be willing to obtain knowledge of pumping standards.

  • Ability to learn to operate auxiliary equipment; sand handling equipment, delivery equipment and equipment associated with fluid transfer.

  • Ability to learn to operate equipment and support well site activity.

  • Ability to maintain condition of treating line.

  • Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Degree/GED or equivalent.

  • MUST HAVE PRIOR FRAC OPERATOR EXPERIENCE.

  • Must have a valid CDL or the ability to obtain one.

  • Ability to obtain Hazmat Endorsement on CDL.

  • Must have a satisfactory driving record.

Comply with DOT regulations and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol test. Excellent communication skills with strong work ethics. Must be a team player. Ability to respond to Client needs with a strong customer service approach. Safety oriented. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed outside in various weather conditions. Hazardous material endorsement must be obtained. Must follow established health and safety practices and wear the required PPE. Required to meet deadlines or emergency situations. Ability to lift, carry, push, climb ladders, stooping, bending, turning, twisting, crouching and grasping to retrieve products. The ability to lift over 75 lbs. with assistance. Must have a reliable source of communication (mobile/pager etc) to be reachable/available to work when called.

VIEW JOBS 2/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-20T00:00 CDL Required: Yes Required Travel: 75% - 100% Number of Openings: 3 FLSA Status: Nonexempt Type of Position: Position Status: Full Time Additional Available Locations: Position Summary Under strict supervision, the entry-level Cement Equipment Operator I learns basic safety, operations, and repair procedures on departmental equipment, utilizing the mentor program and on job training to include but not limited to: Performing pre- and post-job equipment inspections, performing preventative maintenance procedures, and maintaining support equipment (i.e., pumps and treating lines). The Cement Equipment Operator assists in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for a job, and may be asked to assist during the rigging up and down of service line equipment at the well site. Key Accountabilities Learns basic operations with cement delivery and bulk equipment. Develops necessary skills to operate departmental equipment as well as the ability to identify, maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Assists with facility equipment function testing. May be required to drive company light-duty and commercial vehicles. Works under strict supervision with little or no flexibility in regards to work methodology. Job duties are highly defined and repetitive in nature. Complies with all company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and guidelines. Develops an understanding of district goals and works towards meeting those objectives. Performs work on his/her own as well as provides assistance to other employees as directed. Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by immediate supervisor. Adheres to Company policies and work requirements. Must participate in all company provided training. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to read, write and speak English to the extent that they are able to understand verbal and written instructions as well as give verbal and written instructions in English; and the ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related calculations. Must have the applicable knowledge of DOT rules and regulations as required for the position. Basic computer skills are preferred. Required Experience and Education Must have a valid CDL A or B driver’s license with the proper endorsements required for the type vehicle operated, issued by state of residence. No experience necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Pass the company’s drug screen. Pass the company’s “Physical Functions Assessment”. Motor vehicle record qualifies individual to be an approved company driver. Acceptable criminal history.
