We are seeking mission focused professionals to serve as a full time FPP/Diversion Treatment Director responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.

As a FPP/Diversion Treatment Director you would:

Be responsible for the treatment and quality of care for youth/families and for the fiscal viability in our Louisville division.

This will be accomplished through the following:

  • Direction and supervision to assigned staff in the form of answers to problems and advice in regard to youth/family clinical issues.

  • Will ensure that staff is implementing the program based on its design and ensure that documentation meets the established standards.

  • Will determine eligibility of referrals for assigned staff and maintain caseload numbers according to programs design.

  • Provide backup to on-call response for team members, this includes clinical and crisis intervention as well as problem solving consultation.

  • Interviews applicants for positions, recommends hiring and disciplinary action, when necessary, to immediate supervisor.

  • Prepares reports as required or instructed for supervisor, corporate office, and other agencies in a timely and accurate manner regarding progress of program outcomes, accountability to structure, and integrity of budget/finance structure.

  • Performs scheduled evaluations and conducts monthly supervision for assigned staff.

Duties & Responsibilities: * Generate new deal leads and prospects via cold calling * Actively manage assigned database ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classified * Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and customers * Develop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flow * Partner with cross functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of deals * Perform modeling/forecasting, financial statement and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structure * Price loans and leases and services using pricing model and prepare customer proposals Qualifications: * BS or BA in business or related field required * 5-7 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services. Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred. * Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured process * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications * Ability to travel at least 50% of the time * Preferred experience in a financial services customer facing commercial position * Critical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needs * Strong process orientation and project management skills * Demonstrate broad business perspective with proven strategic analytical skills * Drive results by successfully presenting to customers and senior management * Proven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization Element Fleet Management is the world's leading global fleet management company, providing world-class financial and management services for commercial fleets.
