We are seeking mission focused professionals to serve as a full time FPP/Diversion Treatment Director responsible for providing a range of moderately complex clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual, family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents, and identified adults.
As a FPP/Diversion Treatment Director you would:
Be responsible for the treatment and quality of care for youth/families and for the fiscal viability in our Louisville division.
This will be accomplished through the following:
Direction and supervision to assigned staff in the form of answers to problems and advice in regard to youth/family clinical issues.
Will ensure that staff is implementing the program based on its design and ensure that documentation meets the established standards.
Will determine eligibility of referrals for assigned staff and maintain caseload numbers according to programs design.
Provide backup to on-call response for team members, this includes clinical and crisis intervention as well as problem solving consultation.
Interviews applicants for positions, recommends hiring and disciplinary action, when necessary, to immediate supervisor.
Prepares reports as required or instructed for supervisor, corporate office, and other agencies in a timely and accurate manner regarding progress of program outcomes, accountability to structure, and integrity of budget/finance structure.
Performs scheduled evaluations and conducts monthly supervision for assigned staff.
