Pine Brook, NJ 07058 Onsite Requirements: FPGA DO-254 GPS Job Description: Full FPGA/ASIC development/design process product lifecycle support.

Including conception, requirements documentation, design, implementation, hardware integration, verification to requirements. Requires familiarity with state-of-the-art Multiprocessor System on Chip (MPSoC) technologies and ability to research and establish the best fit and functionality per application. Must have experience working electrical and mechanical teams and be capable of working with little technical oversight within a certified quality management environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, develop, and verify HDL designs that support system requirements Generate designs that meet/exceed strict timing and reliability constraints over temperature Use extensive knowledge of VHDL language to maximize efficient use of device resources Leverage vendor-supplied soft and hard Intellectual Property (IP) where applicable DO-254 level of lifecycle documentation/data development including requirements generation and formal validation Specify, develop and perform verification testing on end-item hardware Experience within version control environments Required Experience: BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering required, MS preferred HDL design and verification (8-10 years of experience) DOORS Experience with tools from vendors such as Xilinx, MicroChip (MicroSemi/Actel), Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics Desired Experience:

System Verilog for Verification (UVM), scripting C-language based software familiarity 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
