About the Role:

Our FP&A team is looking for someone who is passionate, self-motivated, and always hungry to learn. Each FP&A team member serves as a strategic finance business partner. The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial forecasting, business planning, and management reporting. This is a newly created role.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of the company's financial reporting and budgeting process, including, but not limited to, monthly forecasts, monthly actual reporting and analysis, annual operating plan, and strategic plan processes

• Build and maintain financial models throughout the organization's various departments, focusing on underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics, and sensitivity analysis

• Provide variance analysis and determine the cause of change. The scope includes a 3-year Strategic Business Plan, P&L, expense tracking, R&O, gross margin by product line/SKU analysis, and costing analysis

• Provide periodic reporting and dashboards highlighting professional, retail, and e-commerce sales channels' sell-through trends

• Deliver ongoing reporting, analytics, and insight on performance metrics to benchmark progress against targets, initiatives, and strategies

• Provide meaningful insights and variance explanations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors

• Drive continuous improvement of a cohesive global finance function to produce innovation in reporting, planning and analysis

• Provide decision support to finance and business teams through ad-hoc analysis, financial modeling, and thought leadership

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or a related field

• Familiarity with e-commerce, Direct-to-consumer, and Sales business models within the Cosmetic/ Retail industry is highly preferred

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

• Experience with Netsuite ERP is a plus

• Familiarity with Tableau is a plus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner

• Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines

• Ability to multi-task several important priorities simultaneously

• Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines

Our Total Rewards:

The annual base pay for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
