This is your opportunity to join the Corporate finance team of Cimpress, the world leader in mass customization.We're currently looking for a motivated FP&A Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team. This person will play a key role in communicating financial information to key stakeholders including Executive leaders, ensuring data integrity in a decentralized environment as well as supporting the annual budget process, forecasting and prioritizing general day-to-day activities. The Corporate FP&A team coordinates with many teams across Cimpress including Investor Relations and Finance teams within each of our businesses. This is a role with great global exposure.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages including:

  • Assurance of data integrity, accuracy and consistency

  • Data analysis and interpretation to understand key drivers of results

  • Preparationof standardized reports and insightful analysis for CFO and other key stakeholders

  • Coordination with business unit finance teams to collect monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and organize periodic review meetings

  • Management of annual budget process including driving corporate-level inputs and maintaining open and clear communication with business unit finance teams

  • Advancement of forecasting and longer-range planning processes

  • Identifying and driving process improvements and automation

  • Developing ad hoc schedules and analysis to assist with decision making, planning and reporting

  • Participation in special projects as necessary.

In return you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance role (including FP&A)

  • BA or BS Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with BPC and SAP highly desirable

  • Experience working in a decentralized corporate environment is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of accounting and US GAAP

This position will manage a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing wholesale and retail customers. This includes managing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reports and store safety. This role will recruit and train store employees, establish work schedules and assignments, and provide guidance to help employees grow professionally. This position will also make outside sales calls. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status. * Must be willing to work all scheduled hours and required overtime, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Must be able to operate material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack, forkllift, etc.). * Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish the difference between colors. * Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in a retail environment. * Bachelors Degree in a business-related field. * Ability to grow wholesale business by conducting effective outside sales calls. * Ability to manage staff, which includes recruiting and hiring, scheduling, training, delegating work assignments and evaluating work performance. * Operational skills related to non-selling activities such as financial reports, credit and accounts receivable performance, scheduling and inventory control. * Wholesale and retail customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints. * Planning and organizational skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.
