Position Summary

The FP&A Manager will report to the Director, FP&A, supporting our distribution network.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports; investigate, explain, and resolve variances.

• Experience with creating ad hoc reports for leadership.

• Strong ability to perform under pressure and skilled at managing shifting priorities.

• Knowledge of direct experience supporting a distribution network preferred.

• Support the long-term strategic planning process by developing financial models to validate assumptions and estimate potential impacts.

• Successful candidate will have experience supporting multiple sites.

• Load and maintain data from multiple sources in our multidimensional database: Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)

• Assist in the Company's implementation of OneStream as its new consolidation system, become a system administrator to drive OneStream's usage company-wide and to maintain and grow the application's capabilities.

• Some participation in monthly G/L closing -- prepare journal entries as required.

• Assist with lender, private equity, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Provide recommendations on process improvements.

Requirements

Experience and Education

• BS in Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years of experience, FP&A experience preferred.

• MBA and CPA are a plus.

• Working knowledge and understanding of GAAP

• A focus on continuous improvement and process excellence

• Experience in a distribution environment a plus.

• Knowledge of OneStream and Oracle Hyperion Planning or another multi-dimensional database a plus

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with commitment to high-quality work products

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including modeling.

• Ability to maintain confidential information.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively and efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
