Job Summary
This is an opportunity in Acrisure's growing FP&A department. This role will play a pivotal role developing new processes within the organization, aiming to create a best in class Finance organization intent on driving key results and providing insight to leadership. The role will analyze market trends, review and report performance across different business segments and as a combined global enterprise, and develop enhanced reporting and analysis tools to assist leadership with key decision making. Responsibilities include directly supporting the preparation of annual budgets/plans, quarterly reforecasts, market/peer analysis, and enterprise cash flow projections. This position works in partnership with leadership across Acrisure's business lines and functional groups.
Scope and Responsibilities
Monitor and report on trends and patterns of financial performance and consolidate as a global enterprise.
Develop new processes to create efficiency, insight, and accuracy related to reporting, reforecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop new tools to assist in daily operations across the organization.
Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Collaborate with leadership across the organization to develop new processes and enhance collaboration.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate financial insights and recommendations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Prior experience with insurance brokerage or carrier industry strongly preferred
Years of prior experience may influence level of analyst role

Advanced Microsoft Excel and modeling skills, as well as a strong proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams
Technical agility and desired knowledge of financial reporting systems and tools, e.g. Workday ERP & HCM, Adaptive Planning, Tableau, and Power BI
Ability to work between multiple best-in-class cloud-based solutions
