About the job:
The purpose of the Yogurt BU FP&A Associate Manager is to provide support to the Finance department in the areas of analysis, planning and reporting for the US Yogurt business within EDP Noram region of Danone.
In this role, you will be accountable for:
Collection of critical P&L data, extracting vital information and translating it in presentations to be used at Executive level for Dannon Noram and Group Danone.
Providing reporting analysis out of the Business Intelligence systems to provide analytical support to the FP&A Sr Manager and Finance Director.
Coordination of the GPS cycles with Finance team counterparts (Regional FP&A, Supply Chain Finance teams, Sales Finance teams)
Preparation and coordination for internal and external (Division, WWBU, Zone) reporting monthly close package
Participating in the monthly rolling forecast and close cycle, which includes preparing the financial results presentation for the VP and GMs and presenting the results to different departments.
Coordination and preparation of ad-hoc business requests related to capital investment projects and other P&L scenario generation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in finance or accounting
4-5 years of business experience with substantial time spent supporting Senior level staff.
Demonstrates financial acumen and analytical skills required to produce high-level results in a deadline oriented environment
Strong Microsoft Office Skills. Candidate must possess sufficient Excel and PowerPoint skills with the proven ability to produce top-quality work suitable for Executive level presentations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - proven ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
Experience extracting and consolidating data from various Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
CPG experience preferred
