Fp&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst, will play a key part in supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze trends, and identify areas of opportunity or risk.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to explain budget-to-actual results and provide insights into performance drivers.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by management.
• Assist in the preparation of board materials and investor presentations.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the FP&A function.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related experience. 
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related field. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. 
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is preferred. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. 
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Compensation: $110-120K base + bonus. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
