About The Position

As an Analyst in the Corporate FP&A team, you will work closely with the finance teams throughout the organization and assist the FP&A team in reporting, reviewing, analyzing, project planning, forecasting and budgeting.


  • Involvement in the annual budget and quarterly forecast process

  • Assist in coordinating all quarterly and annual reporting requirements with our FP&A counterparties and accounting

  • Assist in weekly flash report to senior management which include actual results and future projections related to p&l, balance sheet, capital raise, AUM, returns, etc.

  • Prepare quarterly management reporting packages as well as any ad hoc management requests

  • Work seamlessly with FP&A business counterparties and all other corporate support functions

  • Assist in other areas within the group; allocation of expenses across the firm, manage cost center structure, expense reporting, etc.


  • Have 2 to 3 years in financial planning & analysis

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Bright and flexible, with excellent analytical, attention to detail, and implementation skills

  • Well organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously

  • Proactive, high-energy with a hands-on approach to problem solving, and show initiative regardless of day or time

  • A strong team players, able to build effective internal relationships

The successful candidate has an opportunity to join a highly outstanding team within a fast-paced and successful organisation. * Develop and refine all financial planning and analysis activities related to G&A departments while assisting with R&D departments, including P&L forecasts, predictive performance indicators and long-term financial model * Own all financial headcount reporting; building dashboards to reflect headcount metrics i.e. attrition/turnover, compensation benchmarks in collaboration with People Group * Develop process driven outcomes on recruitment, onboarding, and headcount analytics; working with Business systems to leverage and automate our current systems * Support global expense consolidations efforts through budget reviews, forecasting and analytics; ensuring that analysis leads to decision making * Assist in building profitability models that drive executive strategic decisions and investments * Work with the Compensation team to provide analytics on competitive rewards and the financial impact to our P&L. * Partner with FP&A counterparts and the broader organization to evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs & initiatives, communicate key insights, and make recommendations to senior management * Track and analyze key financial and non-financial business metrics * Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, projects, and reports as identified by management team Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience, preferably in corporate finance/financial planning and analysis role, or related finance/analytical role * Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills * Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills * Ability to analyze and synthesize large data sets * Self-starter who takes initiative to improve process and develop reporting * Exceptional attention to detail * Strong quantitative and analytical/problem-solving experience; ideally related to headcount * Works with a sense of urgency and adapts effectively to frequently changing priorities * Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline * Experience with Financial systems, such as UltiPro, Greenhouse, Hyperion a plus We care about you.
