What You'll Do:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will support revenue planning and forecasting while owning financial reporting across the company. This position will work closely with various stakeholders across the company, including the Go-to-Market team and ServiceTitan, to provide strategic financial support, insights into revenue streams, and actionable insights to inform decision-making. In addition, this position will partner with our data team to lead finance-related initiatives and drive enhancements to data and reporting across the organization. This position reports to the Manager of FP&A and requires excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail.

Additionally:

  • Support the Go-to-Market financial planning across the company, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.

  • Develop and maintain key financial Go-to-Market metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR) in collaboration with our parent company and internal leadership.

  • Lead P&L revenue forecasting, including detailed analysis of revenue drivers, billings, and fintech.

  • Become a liaison between the data team and FP&A, lead finance-related data initiatives, and be the point of contact for data within the finance organization.

  • Extract data sets, perform analysis, and build data models to support various reporting and initiatives.

  • Prepare and analyze financial management presentations for the Board of Directors, Senior Management Team, and other members of the Finance organization.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA designation would be a plus

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills

  • 2+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Self-Starter, able to identify problem areas and brainstorm and present recommended solutions

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive approach, forward-thinking

  • Experience in software products and SaaS a plus

  • Excellent oral and written communications, including exposure to leadership presentations

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and in working with data from various sources.

  • Experience building financial reporting decks for various audiences (Board of Directors, Exec Team, etc.)

  • Experience in partnering with Sales and Marketing functions, preferably within a SaaS organization.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Where You'll Work:

Aspire is headquartered in Chesterfield, MO. Employees for this position will have a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week.
