Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Foundry Trainer to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct Foundry Training execution at the JBLM Foundry Site:

• Conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

• Develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for approved personnel.

• Establish and review course content and objectives for a well-integrated and unified OSINT training program.

• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

• Update course documentation on a regular basis for timeliness and relevance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree & 2+ years of experience or Masters Degree

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Ability to plan, develop, and implement technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel, including standard repeatable modules, customized modules, and new product modules.

• Knowledge of customer and technical organizations, engineering, software, and product requirements to prepare training programs.

• Skills to prepare lesson plans and training materials; design product demonstrations; develop course content; determine methodology; and coordinate the development of training aids.

• Skills to conduct training sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

Salary Range:

$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
