Jamble is fashion marketplace powered by Live Streaming & Auctions. We're enhancing resale with a focus on community, fashion, and live interactions. While operating in the U.S. market, our team is entirely based in Paris.

After being accelerated at Y Combinator (world's most prestigious startup accelerator), Jamble has received backing and active support from Voodoo (#3 mobile app publisher worldwide). Our iOS App has reached 1M+ downloads (you can download it here) and we're gearing up to accelerate.

As a Founders Associate at Jamble, you will work directly with the founding team, gaining unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup. Your role will be dynamic, with responsibilities spanning across various functions and including:

Role

• Key Project Management: Take ownership of critical projects across various domains, ensuring they align with company priorities and are executed with precision and efficiency.

• Stakeholder Relations: Prepare materials for board meetings and manage collaboration across legal, administrative, and financial aspects to support strategic decisions and maintain compliance.

• Meeting Coordination and Internal Communication: Facilitate the organization and preparation of internal meetings, including strategic alignment sessions and the planning of company offsites to enhance team collaboration and focus on company objectives.

• Administrative Tasks and Strategic HR Support: Assist the founders with administrative responsibilities, strategic HR planning, payroll management, and employee relations, alongside basic accounting tasks to ensure operational smoothness.

Profile

• Education: Recent graduate from a top business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP) or university.

• Proactive and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and adapting to changing priorities.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

• Passionate: Genuine interest in startups, sustainable fashion, e-commerce and mobile apps.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French with high proficiency in English.
