Founder Persona Business Development Manager, Small and Mid Market ("SMB") Corporates

About the Role:

  • Territory development and sales to achieve a sales revenue target through new business sales of all Corporates products & solutions, specifically those best suited for smaller and earlier stage companies

  • Manage multiple sales cycles in various stages in parallel

  • Partner across the sales and client management team to serve this unique space in the market and to identify targets and pathways to growth for the business

About You:

  • 3-5+ years of sales and/or account management

  • BA in Business, Sales, finance or other related field

  • Management experience a plus but not required

  • Demonstrated success and experience working with Founders of small and mid sized businesses post start up stage in their first 2-5+ years - important to be able to show demonstrated success at building credibility and driving impact with this unique audience

  • Understanding of the needs of smaller companies from a regulatory compliance and legal perspective is a plus

  • Ability to demonstrate access to and understanding of the landscape of SMB Founders and the associated echo system

You will work with a market leader, partnering with a world-class sales organization to prospect into a wide-range of legal, corporate or government entities selling our industry recognized cloud solutions. The position offers a base salary and variable compensation that is directly related to your success.
