About the role of a Foster Family Support Worker:
As a Woodfords' Foster Family Support Worker:
You will work one-on-one with a foster child or adolescent with special needs within their home providing support to the foster family.
You will focus on daily living skills, social interaction, and behavior management and relief services to foster parents.
You will be a key member of the Therapeutic Foster Care program working independently with the child and cooperatively with a treatment team.
Your schedule may be flexible allowing you to maintain a work/life balance.

Key Qualifications of a Foster Family Support Worker:
At least 18 years of age
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License with appropriate motor vehicle insurance
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience working with children, teens, and their families desired
