THE POSITION: NEOGEN is looking for a Formulator to join our Randolph, Wisconsin team. Compensation starts at $21.00 an hour with shift differentials and opportunity for overtime. Our Formulators work with our Manufacturing Supervisors to maximize production output.

• Monday-Wednesday 6am-6pm, Thursday 6am-11:30am
• 3 1/2 day weekends!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manufacture products according to approved formulas.

• Maintain accurate batch records and all paperwork required for this position.

• Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks and barrel handlers.

• Assist with maintaining organization of warehouse including inventory control.

• Thoroughly clean manufacturing equipment after each production run.

• Check all equipment for maintenance issues and cleanliness before starting a new product.

• Gain a good understanding of the equipment needed to mix the product per formulation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma, GED equivalent or applicable experience in a manufacturing environment. Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience working in a food or feed manufacturing facility for a minimum of six months, and experience with blending or packaging equipment.
